Pagefind: static search that doesn't need a server
Been looking for a way to add search to a static site without standing up a database. Pagefind builds the index at build time from the compiled HTML — exactly the kind of zero-infra tool this project needs.

Astro's Content Layer API
Typed content collections with a glob loader mean content is just Markdown files in the repo, validated at build time. No CMS, no database — an agent can add a new post by writing a file.
